BraddCorp Ops (ops.braddcorp.com and portal.braddcorp.com) is BraddCorp's internal staff platform and client portal. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account identity and contact details (via Clerk sign-in)
- Client, invoice, quote, payment, and ticket records you or staff enter
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed (including Vercel Analytics)
- Payment processing details handled by Stripe when you pay an invoice online
How we use it
- To run Ops and the client portal (billing, support tickets, CMS)
- To send transactional email related to quotes and invoices
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse
- To understand product usage at an aggregate level
Sharing
We use processors that help run the service: Clerk (auth), Turso (database), Vercel (hosting & analytics), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
Business records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. Access is limited by staff roles. Contact us if you need a correction or deletion request we can legally honor.
